Ignite Within is an annual 3 night wellness retreat on 1,600 acres of lakeside forest in Haliburton, Ontario — for people who are already on a healing path and ready to go deeper.
Over four days you'll move your body, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself — surrounded by a community of like-hearted people. You will have the opportunity to be a kid again at camp. Find your inner spark and find your joy again.
Led by five certified facilitators with backgrounds in physical therapy, massage, education, and energy work. This is not a yoga retreat. It's a full-body, heart-led event.
